Einfamilienvilla Κρανίδι, Zentrum, Kranidi

Location: "The Greek Riviera" The house is located in Agios Emilianos area, 7km from Porto Heli, in Peloponnese of Greece. Agios Aimilianos is one of the most classy peninsula in Greece, where a lot of multi-millionaires and famous personalities (Greek or foreigners) own very expensive, villas with gardens and private facilities [marinas, tennis courts, etc.]. The villa is on the top of a hill with south-west oriantation. Because of its position the cool wind comes from any direction and the house stays always cool, even without air contition. At the horizon is Dokos island and right at the edge, further Hydra island. Next to the house, 3 minutes walking, there is a shingle beach, with crystal clear waters, facing Hydra island. Our beach (left pic) used as a dreamed place for wedding pictures of a marriage in Agios Aimilianos chapel. Other places for swimming minutes from the villa, on vergin sand beaches or organized beach. Our Property The living room area and the kitchen is surrounded by a veranda with east-south and south orientation, all of them facing the sea. At south-west there is an amazing view of other luxury villas and houses. On the pool and spa area dominates a Venetian pergola with a comfortable bamboo sitting. This is a cool place with a superb ocean view, you can use anytime. The pool is 3,5X3,5m and works with fresh water. It has water jets for spa and on demand blower jets for hydro massage.
