pinhouse is one of the oldest real estate agencies in Cyclades. It was established in the mid-80s on Syros island and has operated from the beginning on anthropocentric principles. Oriented towards customer satisfaction and thorough communication, it was quickly established as the island’s primary real estate agency. In 2014, we expanded to Mykonos, one of the world’s leading destinations for hi-end tourism. The consequent need for quality accommodations and services provided us the perfect opportunity to integrate short-term luxury rentals into our portfolio. In 2017 we created the pinhouse brand, aiming to provide best in class services tailored to the opportunities and strengths of the Greek market. A few months later the office expanded to Athens, with new partners and a renewed structure.
