The location of the property is at Lakonia Peloponesus (the name of the town is AREOPOLIS). The property it s in the center of the town. The land is 1000,00 m2 . In the land there is a building (tower) that is an traditional and historical building (according to the law of the Greek State). That means that if someone wants to rebuild the tower or to turn the building in a hotel, is promoted with european and greek funds at the 80% of the amount of the investment.
