Old stone detached house in need of renovation consisting of a ground floor and a first floor of 77 sq.m. on a plot of 525 sq.m. in Karveli Municipal District of the Municipality of Kalamata which is 15 kilometers from the Center of Kalamata.
Karveli is located in the southern hydrological basin of the river Nedon and is amphitheatrically built at the northern foothills of Pelenitsa, which is one of the many slopes of Taygetos. It has an altitude of 650 meters above sea level.
The original location of the settlement was different from the one it is today. In particular, it was located a little above the Ladokarveliotiko bridge at Paliochora, near the chapel of Agios Nikolaos.
