Land Plot for Sale

Surveyed by GPS. The facade is SW, diagonally across the main road from where a slanting alley starts to the NW and continues to the NE around the house. The triangle between the road and the alley is parterre (not buildable). It is a bombed-out house, therefore it is being built as a pre - existing one in its total square footage. During the GPS recording, an excavation was carried out with the permission of the archaeological service and the perimeter walls of the house were revealed. Because of their thickness, the house is considered to have been two-story, and is therefore being rebuilt two-story.
