All rooms are equipped with modern furniture and appliances, shower units, and have access to a terrace/balcony, which offers a good view. Each room has WiFi and wired internet access and a kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge and an individual set of dishes.

Apartments has high ratings in all OTA, including booking.com 8,7 of 10, Expedia 4,3 of 5, TripAdvisor 4,5 of 5 (3d-4th place of 71 accommodations in Nikiti), Google 4,4 of 5.
Since the start in 2015 Appartments reached very high occupancy rate (above 95% in summer season) and even in 2020 COVID year it was 26% in comparison with 12% average in Halkidiki region.
