These beautiful houses constitute a complex of three homes that are autonomous and have their own entrance each. They are built in a plot of 6.700 m², which is fenced by dry stone wall of local construction. The plot has its own driling, unique in the region, with a daily production of m3. It is located at Vourlidia, at Kato Meria, in the south side of the island, in an altitude of 320 metres, with vast view all the Aegean Sea and just over the clean and clear beach of Koundouros. It is 20 km far away from the port. The first house is ready and it is used as resort with all the comforts. Its size is 120 m².
