TOURIST RESIDENCE. The complex consists of 4 independent apartments, of which 3 can accommodate 2 to 6 people and the fourth up to 4 people. The latter is designed to accommodate wheelchair users. The total area of the land is approximately 1,200 sqm and the area of the buildings is approximately 400sqm. Total capacity of 22 beds. 3 out of 4 apartments have a fireplace. The apartments are ideal for couples who want to spend a romantic weekend in nature with comfort and luxury as well as for groups or even families of 6 people. At the entrance of each apartment there is a large living room with a large sofa bed and fireplace. Attached to the living room there is a large kitchen with all the necessities for cooking enthusiasts. Furthermore, the local market can provide all kinds of pure home grown products. In the apartment there are 2 large double-bed rooms, tastefully decorated and equipped with orthopedic mattresses that guarantee the best possible sleep after a long trip. Location: Located 25 km from Xanthi one can find the Chora of ancient Dion, Stavroupolis. The village is the largest and most populated village of the Nestos’ river area. The Delta of Nestos is a beautiful wetland, a landscape of incomparable beauty and home for rare species of birds and plants. Over 260 species of birds out of the 474 living in Europe find shelter in the Straits of Nestos. The area around Nestos is also home for large mammals such as wild boar, deer, brown bear, wolf, fox, jackal, wild cat, hare and otter. On the beautiful route in nature from Xanthi to Stavroupolis, at the entrance of the village and just after the Church of the Holy Archangels, you will find on your 'path our traditional complex.
