Vourlis Mansion (ex. Mavrogordatos-Petritzi) is a unique segment of the Upper-Class mansions of Ermoupolis of the late 19th century. It is declared as Architectural Art and Historic Monument. Neoclassic Elements The Vourlis Mansion displays the Neoclassic style of Ermoupolis of that period by incorporating architectural and morphological elements in the structure as well as decoration elements in it’s facade and painting wall and ceiling decorations. The mansion is built on a 532m2 plot, with unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea. Vourlis Mansion can be operated as a unique boutique hotel, having a license from the Greek Tourism Organization. It is very well known in Syros Island for the worm hospitality it offers and has won the Mare Nostrum Hospitality Award.
