The land is located west of Chania and approximately 1500 m from the center of the small town of Platanias. It is on a slope with views over the sea and the isle of Agioi Theodoroi. The land also has a small storehouse and a concrete lane that starts from the main entrance and reaches the lowest level. The road to the property is also concrete. There is an asphalt road within 150 m. Across from the parcel is a smaller plot of land with an extra area of 985 m². This plot is not buildable and comes with the sale.
