Land Plot for Sale

This plot is situated on the slope of a hill and continues all the way up to the hilltop, which has beautiful views from all sides. They are 14 adjacent plots, which have been purchased by the same owner and constitute a single total area of 24, 160 m². The land has permit from the Forest Service. The hypsometrically lower side of the plot is located within the village, it is slightly sloped and has access to an asphalt road and to the electricity supply, at about 100 m. The highest part of the land has a steeper slope and is accessible either by constructing a road through the same plot or by a dirt track road which passes by the other side of the hill and is about 300 m away from an asphalt road and from another village.
