This project to be built on a plot of 2027m2 is a modern eco-friendly residence and is located in the Kapsa Kavousiou area in Northeast Crete on a steep slope overlooking the island of Psira. It will be finished to a high standard and delivered turnkey.
The facade of the building will be made of white plaster that will imitate the ground. Climbing plants and flowers spring from the exterior surface of the building. The house will consist of a vestibule leading to the main living room and kitchen area. Up front, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate house guests. Each space leads to the terrace and the 56m2 pool where one can enjoy the Mediterranean sun. The design aims to create a new trend of transforming extroverted architecture into a more introverted proposal that respects the environment while offering an alternative and attractive form.
