Land Plot for Sale

In the Municipality of West Mani and in the settlement of Ano Poliana, a plot of land of nine hundred and ninety-eight square meters is for sale. The distance to Stoupa, as well as to the other famous beaches of the area such as Foneas, Kalogria, Delphinia is at ten minutes by car, while the historic village of Kardamyli is at a distance of ten kilometers. It is worth mentioning that the plot does not have access to the rural road, but as can be seen from the topography it has a secured servitude/easyment passage from the plot bordering the rural road.
