Το Αγροτεμάχιο βρίσκεται εκτός του εγκεκριμένου σχεδίου πόλεως, εκτός οικισμού (θέση "ΒΕΝΙΑΡΙΑ"/ΞΗΡΟΝΟΜΗΣ) και είναι άρτιο και οικοδομήσιμο. Εχει πρόσοψη Ανατολικά όπου συνορεύει σε μήκος 45μέτρων με αγροτική οδό (πλάτους 6μέτρων), η οποία είναι εγκεκριμένη και προυφιστάμενη του 1923 σύμφωνα με βεβαίωση του Δήμου Θίσβης.  Εντός του αγροτεμαχίου αλλά και στην ευρύτερη περιοχή, υπάρχουν κυρίως ελαιόδενδρα και έχει απεριόριστη θέα πρός τον κόλπο της Αλυκής.
