This advertisement is for a time-sharing officemate arrangement ΙΤ ΙS NOT RENTING, as I also live abroad. It is for a house-office space where I am looking for the right professional for shared office use and collaboration (ideally a young lawyer, as I am a lawyer both in Greece and abroad). During the period I am abroad (about 7 months a year), the property can also be used fully as a residence, not just an office. I am asking for a nominal rent amount (around 150 euros per month, plus the payment of expenses such as communal fees, electricity, water, internet) because my main interest is finding the right person.
