Three houses of 100 sq.m. everyone in Ag. George Antiparou. The study is concerned with the construction of three buildings which form an unbroken morphological functional unit but also independent of each. The construction is spread out on a plot within the project. Specifically the plot area is: 1000 sq.m. . The plot is located in the wider area of Agios Georgios on the island of Antiparos, 500m from the sea, 11km from the port of Antiparos, 19km from the airport and 19km from the port of Parikia. The aim of the Study is to design a building complex that is integrated into the environment both functionally and aesthetically. The architectural selection is dictated by the characteristic traditional local design of the buildings and implies respect for the natural landscape and history of the place. The properties evolve in successive levels due to the slope of the plot taking advantage of the unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea. Each property retains its own autonomy. The interior consists of 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and the lower level has a hostel and a utility. The two residences feature open loft spaces that can be used for hospitality or as office and study spaces. Private outdoor pools and private patios feature unobstructed views of the Despotic Island, Folegandros and Sikinos. In terms of the morphology of buildings, the interior is dominated by earth tones, white, beige and gray on floors, walls and ceilings. Simple white furniture made of natural materials will equip the spaces, giving a sense of coolness and composing a purely Cycladic setting. Externally, the sand-colored walls and the stone walls of the building coexist harmoniously with the irregular wood pergolas with reed leaves designed to shade the exterior. We meet traditional materials used to shape the facades, which help to shape the architectural identity of the complex and its corresponding determination. Particular attention will also be given to planting the surrounding area in order to be seen as a continuation of the natural landscape, whose respect is a prime objective.

Access to the complex is by the rural road in contact with the parcel. Owners' vehicles are parked on the ground floor private parking spaces on the north side of the plot. At the same time, the study is trying to achieve a smoother integration of the building infrastructure into the natural environment,
