The maisonette consists of a ground floor of 90 square meters and a first floor of 50 square meters. The ground floor is a single space with a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and a space with a bed and desk. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a large bathtub and a washing machine.
On the floor there are two rooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
On both floors there are large balconies on both sides of the house. The residence has a nice view both to the sea and to the wooded area that surrounds it.
The area is at the highest point of the Kassandra peninsula at about 250m, on a small hill with a stunning view of both Toroneos and the Aegean. The nearest villages are Paliouri and Agia Paraskevi, each approximately 4km away. Many beaches are located at a distance of 5 km and have a blue flag, such as Chrousou (Paliouri beach), Pefkohori beach, Loutron beach of Agia Paraskevi. The thermal baths of Aghia Prepara are also at a distance of 8 km where one can enjoy spa services.
The maisonette can be sold furnished or unfurnished.
