The country house is in the Municipality of Kalamos, Attica.
It is located in the village of Spilia Vlastos at Koutrouli, five minutes from the sea by car.
The estate is located on a hill with an altitude of 70 meters above sea level (photo from the sea, the residence is on the upper left). The whole plot measures 2.***/******* sq.m.

The house is built on the edge of the plot, which allows for future expansion and leaves room for adding a swimming pool, for example.

The building comprises two separate apartments (55 m2 each with an internal mezzanine on each side of ~25 m2) which adjoin each other under a common roof and could easily be converted into one. As can be seen in the photos, these residences are located at the level of the terrace, which faces the east and has a view of the southern Euboean gulf. Below the ground floor there is another level. There is provision for the lower level to communicate internally with an extension of the round staircase and independently for each residence. The lower level areas are used as storage and especially one side has been partially constructed to be an extra partment. The lower level could be completely independent, either as one or two smaller apartments.
