Land Plot for Sale

Olive field of three and a half acres with over 30 olive trees Access from a slightly uphill road. Free from housing around it within a city plan. It has been approved for a road to be constructed going through its upper side, where it has the biggest slope and it will get compensation when the road passes. The plot that remains will be buildable and within the city plan. It is rectangular in shape with the width bordering the asphalt road from which it is accessed. There is also a storage compartment inside for storing tools. It is only being sold because we no longer have the time to look after the olives trees. When we had the time the trees produced 200 kg of olive oil enough for 4 households for the year. The field will need a clean and care for the olives.
