The estimated plot of land is located at the location "Asvesta Kamini - Patelidas", to the right of the rural road that connects the provincial road Polygyros - Kalyvon with the provincial road Polygyros - Nea Triglias, facing the above road and just before the facilities of the concrete production unit of Georgiou Makris.

The plot of land is located within the G.P.S. Polygyros, in a Forest and Forest Lands Protection Area. The definition of these zones aims at the protection and eco-development of the areas with a predominant forest character. The plot of land according to the sanctioned forest maps is not a forest area.

The land use in the area, with the exception of the quarry area, is agricultural with the dominant cultivation of the edible olive. Within the plot there is a small number of non-irrigated olive trees (4). Access to the area is easy and is ensured via the asphalted provincial road Polygyrou - Kalyvon and then for a distance of about 500 m via a rural road.

In non-forest and reforestable areas, the permitted land uses are the following:
 Residence with a maximum building surface of 120 m².
 Agricultural, livestock and forestry production facilities.
 Industrial installations and professional laboratories of low disturbance.
 Recreation and entertainment buildings and facilities with a maximum building surface of 150 m².
 Social infrastructure buildings and facilities.
 Outdoor sports facilities with ancillary buildings.
 Organized camps and self-catering tourist accommodation.
 Infrastructure projects, networks and facilities, public utility facilities and accompanying facilities.
