The owners live on the upper floors and it is exclusively given to non-smokers and non-pet owners because the furniture can be damaged and also there are already pets (cats) in the rest of the house that roam outside. There is no separate supply of electricity, water, drainage and heating ( but there is a meter for electricity and water , cold and hot ) and therefore the costs are shared among the residents (about 150 - 200€ per month , depending on the number of residents , including shared utility bills ).
