In the old village of Nikiti, on the Sithonia Peninsula, where tradition meets picturesqueness and far from the noisy and overcrowded seaside village, a Mansion with a long history is for sale. It is located in the square of the old village and a short distance from the first church of the area dedicated to the "Assumption of the Virgin", which was built in the 13th and 14th centuries. The building is inhabited to this day and is fully functional.
