To achieve a 4-star rating, a 24-hour manned reception desk and room intercoms system would be necessary. Unfortunately, there is no guest parking available on the premises. However, a large pay car park is located just 40 yards from the hotel, and there are several public parking spaces within a similar distance. There is a designated area outside the hotel entrance for arrivals and departures only. There is no swimming pool on the premises. However, it is possible to install a small pool in the rear courtyard, which could be enjoyed by hotel guests and visitors from other accommodations. Please note that pools may bring with them a certain level of noise. Despite being in a central location, the hotel remains relatively quiet in comparison to the busy harbor side or village square. Finally, there is currently no owner's accommodation within the complex.
