This unique property, located on the upper outskirts of Pilos, has 2 separate entrances to the flat, its own parking space directly in front of the house and a well-tended orchard. Inside, a cosy living room awaits you with an inviting fireplace, perfect for relaxing on cooler evenings. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the spacious living room with air conditioning and is a place to socialise and enjoy. With 2 spacious bedrooms including fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms (1 larger bathroom with bath and WC + a smaller bathroom with shower and WC), this flat offers all the comfort and amenities you could wish for.
