An apartment for Golden VIsa until the end of August of 2024 which has handmade doors and kitchen since the owners previous work had to do with the construction of furnitures and kitchens and doors. We refer to an apartment which has access front and back in order to welcome the Greek sunny weather. It has been renovated recently with new floors and new bathroom facilities. Its energy grade is not A but it is definetly adequate (B+) with double glass and sieves in great condition. We are talking about an apartment 1/4 of the total building apartments which means low shared expenses and a quite linving for a new couple or a family with 2 kids. You can use the 1/3 parking spaces available for the owners and some of the space available in the warehouse beside the frontdoor of the building which has been renovated also. Elevator is out of order and has to be preserved in order to start to work again. Last time the used with a key since the other owners either were missing or left from life. In any case the cost is rather low and it worths to pay to have your "personal" elevator. A low budger apartment comfortable with great scale of taste and rather great opportunity if i were asked.
