FOR SALE - Three country maisonettes in Agia Anna Evia – Not finished The project consists of 3 independent maisonettes, separated, as defined by a notarial deed of horizontal ownership registered at the Land Registry of Agia Anna Evia. They are joined together by a loose joint (a type of garter). The three maisonettes are located in a natural olive grove of 2570 sqm., on the hill that dominates the bay of Agia Anna Evia, 3 km from the sea, on the road that connects the main highway of North Evia with the coastal village of Agkali. They have NE orientation and excellent sea and mountain views.
