The Pelagos complex is built on 3 levels. There are 2 Apartments on each level and it is possible to combine them (if desired). Each apartment has a large terrace of 33 sq.m. half covered, with a view to the magnificent channel between the tourist areas of Myrties, Masouri, Skalia, Emporio and the island of Telentos which is about 800 meters from Myrties. Behind the 2 apartments of the 2nd and 3rd level, there are large storage areas.
Pelagos is about 7 kilometers from the main port and the capital of the island of Pothia, and about 3.5 kilometers from the Airport.
The 6 Apartments of the complex have been fully equipped and renovated in 2023 with branded and modern utensils and branded and modern electrical appliances. E.g. The building complex has full sufficiency in clean rain water. It has an underground concrete water tank of about 80 cubic meters with a similar silent water pressure system. The hydraulic network is supplied by the city network. However, if the water pressure of the city decreases, then the building is automatically supplied with rainwater from the pressure tank. As soon as the city water pressure is restored, the pressurizer stops working.
Hot water with 2 solar heaters incl. capacity 360 liters that also work with electricity when required.
All the doors, windows, protective railings of the verandas and the surrounding area are made of IROKO fired wood. All the lights (interior, exterior), the metal parts of the doors/windows (masks, handles, locks, etc.) are made of bronze. The rest of the metal parts are stainless steel. No metal parts are made of iron.
When Pelagos &#***/*******;closes&#***/*******;the building's 32 frames are sealed with 1cm thick marine plywood, to which are screwed 4 brass plates with holes to allow the brass bolt covers to be screwed onto the walls. These covers are very well preserved and with their brass fittings, they are also a&#***/*******;movable&#***/*******;asset to the building. These are maintained and stored indoors. The mirrors of the Heliotherms are also covered with marine plywood, so that the water temperature does not change too much and the Heliotherms do not wear out.
