The Mansion (Villa) was built circa 1925 on a 3.600 sq.m lot next to the sea in Limni, on Evia Island in Greece. It was designed by the famous architect Anastasios Helmis. The design was initially destined to be used as an Embassy in Psyhiko in Athens suburbs but finally was given to the first owner of the family who at the time was a successful and well-known businessman. The main house is developed in 270 sq.m. on the first floor. It consists of, a kitchen, a bathroom, a large reception, a living room, a dining room, and 5 bedrooms, all with decorated ceilings and wooden floors. The ground floor includes an apartment of 145.5 sq.m. and auxiliary spaces of 164.5 sq.m. which in the past were hosting traditional carpet machines, bread production facilities, and special storage of various products. The building needs repair work. There is available a complete reconstruction study of the building. The Villa that already exists could turn into a Luxury Boutique Hotel or the main building of a Luxury Tourist Unit by the sea. It is an emblematic property of the area with unique characteristics and a wide potential for development (many square meters of additional construction, subdivision, investment property, and professional use).
