Location:

The asset is built in a village of Zakynthos, which is named Laganas and it is a former municipality on the island of Zakynthos which belongs to Ionian Islands of Greece. The beach village Laganas, part of the community of Pantokratoras, is on the southeastern coast. The area is located within the limits of the Laganas road plan and is about 6 km from the city of Zakynthos. It is a picturesque area with developing tourist beach and accommodation for rent, suitable mainly for Holidaymakers which has developed significantly in recent years and nowadays it is one of the most famous areas of the island.
