The area is a paradise for hikers and lovers of nature, with very little motor traffic and forests that begin on the boundary of the property and extend halfway up the surrounding mountain peaks, which are visible from the windows and from the balcony. The property is located on a hillside within the Achelous River Valley, not far from the Seltsou monastery. The area is blessed with wonderful weather during the spring and summer period and isn’t as hot or muggy as places closer to the sea. The electrical switches, plugs and fuses are new, and the tap water tastes delicious.
