Traditional detached house with a total area of 80 sq.m., located on a plot of land of 125 sq.m. and is an independent, self-contained rural detached house of around 1920, which has been exemplary restored to its traditional form in 2009. The house is developed on two levels that can be operated independently, and has useful terraces and courtyards. Specifically, on the Ground Floor of 50 square meters there is a kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom, while on the 1st floor there is a 1 bedroom with a bathroom and a space that can be created as a kitchenette so that they can function completely autonomously. It is located at the southern edge of the village of Chorio, which, together with the Castle, is one of the two post-Byzantine settlements that make up the Chora of the island. Both are about 3.5 km from Alopronia, the port of Sikinos, which is also an excellent beach. The Castle gathers the life of the island, while in the Village, which has a purely residential character, no vehicles circulate, only pedestrians and working animals. The Village has a central water supply and drainage system. This is an excellent choice of an authentic Cycladic residence with the possibility of private use but also possibilities of tourist exploitation.
