The price listed here is for the suggested / indicative monthly rent for an annual lease (12 months), without utility bills. In this case, 2 guarantees are necessary. Our company's fee is equal to a rent plus 24% on the brokerage fee receipt/invoice for the annual rental.

The apartment is also available for short-term rentals, from short periods of a few days to several months, in case bookings are (also) made through electronic platforms (such as Airbnb), with an additional charge for the platform. The rent may or may not include utility bills. In the case of a few days, i.e. up to 15 days, exile includes them.
In the case of a shorter than annual stay, the cost per night (or week/month) is determined according to the season and the duration of the lease each time with a one-off charge for cleaning and bed linens-fronts, cosmetics, stationery, detergents and various additional utilities providers (ready to use ie).
For stays between one and 3 months, our company's brokerage fee is charged equal to 25% of the agreed monthly rent plus 24% VAT proof / invoice for the provision of brokerage services, for stays of 6 months, 50% of the monthly rent.
It should be noted that, based on legislation, for stays of up to 60 nights, the cost is subject to 13% VAT and an environmental sustainability fee of €0.5/night (Nov-Feb) or €1.5 (Mar-Oct). Leases are invoiced to individuals and companies (depending on the tenant)
