The relatively newly (2009) built luxurious family mansion house is located in the center of Assos (a quiet and elegant place, ONLY 10 km south of Corinth), 2 minutes from the shops and 20 minutes on foot from the beach. The bright, spacious (airy) environment of the white interior creates a beautiful atmosphere, which allows the tenants to relax or work without stress. The main apartment consists of two bedrooms, a large lounge, a living room with the kitchen in the same space, and two bathrooms, all of which have painted ceilings. Every room has its own balcony, and a large veranda with a staircase, which connects the sitting room with the back yard. On the ground floor there is also an independent room with a toilet, which belongs to the main apartment, and which can be accessed from the rear of the building. A large terrace can be found on the roof of the house where a solar boiler is installed. There are air conditioning installations in all bedrooms as well as in the large lounge. All rooms are equipped and furnished. The house is available furnished or unfurnished upon request. The parking area of the family house is located on the left corridor, when facing the facade of the building. Corinth is a city with over 30000 inhabitants, close to the Isthmus of Corinth, an artificial channel that separates the Peloponnese from the Greek mainland. Το the west of this channel is the Corinthian Gulf. Corinth is an ancient Greek city with a great history. The archaeological site with the great temple of Apollo and the beautiful nature and surroundings of Acro Corinth is only 10 minutes away by car. Loutraki is a famous vacation area no more than 15-20 minutes away by car. Corinth is located about 78km west of Athens and about 70km north of Patras. It is the third largest city in the Peloponnese after Patras and Kalamata.
