The house is brand new, and it is located at the most beautiful beach of Athens Riviera (Blue Flag). The house with its location and equipment, can provide comfort and relaxation, ensuring that the guests will enjoy their vacation holidays. The charming garden matches the natural green aura of the surrounding area. The beach is a two minute walk and can be easily accessible, either through an underground passage or through the main road (pedestrian traffic lights can secure safe passage which is necessary when having kids). There is a cafeteria on the beach which can prepare tasty meals, sunbeds and umbrellas for sun protection. Furthermore, water sports are available. The house is close to Athens which can be attended by bus and subway which is very cheap or by ordering taxi which can take about 30 minutes to visit Athens Centre, enjoy the local food and visit Acropolis. If the guests prefer the God of the Seas (Poseidon – Temple of Sounio) instead of the Goddess of Wisdom (Athena – Parthenon / Acropolis), they can choose to visit the Temple of Poseidon which is very close to the house and enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset which is highly recommended. Obviously along the way, there are restaurants which can offer tasty and fresh seafood. In addition to the above, near the house the guest can find Hair Salons and Spa for the ladies, a local gym for summer workouts, kids playgrounds, outdoor cinemas or enjoy the nightlife of the area to a local bar with a view at the sea.
