This unique mezonete is located in the Aprovatou area which is 20 minutes drive from the main port of Andros, Gavrio. The upper level consists of a kitchen, a living room with fire place, small storage room, a wc and a terrace with wonderful sea view. The lower level condists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two baths, small storage room and big terraces with amazing sunset. Also outside there is a covered terrace where is full of green and amazing sea view. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The house also consists of a water tank of 14 cubic, even though it takes from a source, in case of no water at the area. The house is ideal for calmness and relaxation.
