Απέχει από την παραλία Γουβών μόλις 5 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο και 15 λεπτά πεζή . Είναι δίπλα στον ΒΟΑΚ και σε ύψος πάνω από πέντε μέτρα από αυτόν. Συνορεύει με ασφαλτοστρωμένη οδό με εσοχή ακριβώς μπροστά του.  Θα απέχει δεκαπέντε λεπτά από το νέο αεροδρόμιο Καστελιού. Στην περιοχή υπάρχει ΣΧΟΑΠ ενώ γύρω του έχει ξεκινήσει ήδη ανέγερση πολυτελών μονοκατοικιών καθώς με τη έναρξη λειτουργίας του νέου αεροδρομίου θα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικά προνομιούχα θέση ακόμα και σε σχέση με την πολύβουη παραλία Γουβών. Είναι υπερυψωμένο σε σχέση με το ΒΟΑΚ με πανοραμική θέα. Δεν έχει θόρυβο δρόμου, ενώ η ασφαλτοστρωμένη οδός μπροστά του δεν είναι κεντρική οδός οικισμού .
