The building is located less than 80m from the sea, where the balconies overlook the sea and the mountain from the back, creating the ideal location for a holiday home or even for investment purposes.

The apartments are less than 5 minutes from the port of San Georgio (which has no docking fees) and 20 minutes from the town of Methana. It is accessible by car (2 hours and 30 minutes) from Athens
or by ferry (2 hours) from Piraeus. On the peninsula of Methana you can visit many local emblematic places such as the volcano or other nearby places such as Poros, Hydra, Spetses, Nafplio, Epidaurus and others.
