It has an Greek Tourist Organization license. It is a certified tourist accommodation with 3 keys which is given for tourist exploitation with the granting of the use of the license of the EOT for the whole year (issuance of invoice for the provision of services). Possibility of urban and tourist lease. Minimum lease period 2 years.

First floor apartment 55 sq.m. maximum capacity 4 people ( has 1 double king size bed in the first bedroom + 2 single beds in the second bedroom ) + 1 (Sofa-bed) for guests. Consist of 2 Bedrooms + 1 Living Room + 4 large balconies (Rental price 995 euros per month for the whole year with a minimum duration of 2 years)
Total rental price for entire villa 1850 euros per month & 2100 as a tourist complex with the granting of the EOT license.

The pool is 50 sq.m. who consider Greece a large swimming pool for a villa.

During your stay you will use swinning pool and outdoor areas - gardens. 2,250 sq.m
