There is an option to sign a 20-year written lease agreement, with the right to a unilateral extension for up to 70 years, within two months of signing a confidentiality agreement and exchanging topographic documents, etc. Environmental impact permits are expected to be issued within approximately six months from the lease signing. Legal support will be provided to complete all necessary procedures for the lease agreement, obtain required approvals and permits, and bring the quarry (industrial mineral) into full operation.
