The apartment is renovated and and is located in a residential complex with other apartments. The residential complex is suitable for the accommodation of students during their studies, as it is located near the University of Thessaly. It is in a quiet and student-filled area. The apartments are basically inhabited by students, so that they all have the same interests, communicate and develop friendly relations. Our goal is to make the environment pleasant and welcoming for young people, who start their student life and become independent. Also, very close is the intercity and the public transportation, and the train station. There are also nearby two (2) large super markets, the electricity company, the cinema, the night clubs, as well as the old town, a meeting place for students daily. In the market and the center of Volos, access is achieved either on foot or by bike or by city bus. In general, Volos is a small town and everything is close and in short distances, so that they can arrive comfortably and relaxed on foot.
