The three Cherry Central Luxury Suites are situated in the vibrant heart of Chania, just 450 meters from the historic Old Venetian Harbor, 500 meters from the renowned Old Market, and a mere 90 meters from the convenient Bus Station. Each suite is meticulously outfitted to offer guests a seamless blend of luxury and comfort throughout their stay. Located on the first level without an elevator, Cherry Central Luxury Suites can host up to 4 guests per suite. Each suite features a luxurious bedroom with a double bed and a 32" smart TV. The open-plan area includes a kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed or two twin beds upon request. The suite is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort. Guests can enjoy entertainment on the 50" smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix, and refresh themselves in the bathroom, which has a shower. The private balcony offers stunning views of the city and is also equipped with outdoor furnitures in order to enjoy your breakfast. Complimentary amenities include bed linen, bath towels, and free Wi-Fi, as well as street parking. For added convenience, guests have access to a washing machine, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso coffee machine. The center of Chania is an impressive combination of traditional Cretan architecture, medieval atmosphere, and modern amenities. The focal point of interest is the Old Town, which combines narrow cobblestone streets, colorful mansions, Venetian influences, and Ottoman traces. There you will find traditional restaurants, cafes, and shops with local products. The port of Chania offers a spectacular view, with the lighthouse welcoming visitors. The center of Chania is lively and active all year round, offering a unique atmosphere that reflects the rich history and culture of Crete. For long-term rentals (over 28 days), there will be an additional charge for electricity, which will be calculated based on your actual consumption (in kWh). Upon your arrival, you and the owner will record the initial meter reading, and you will take the final reading either two days before your departure or at the end of each month. The cost of electricity is €0.30 per kWh, and this amount must be paid in cash to the owner on the day of receipt. Additionally, a cash deposit of €250 will be required upon your arrival as an electricity guarantee, which will be refunded to you at the time of departure.
