Land Plot for Sale

The plot is located at Ymittou Street, Kalivia Attikis. It is within the plan and buildable. Todays plot value is estimated between €100,000 - €130,000. The selling price we ask for the plot is €50,000 (debatable). The peculiarity of the plot is that the state has taken it to turn it into a park. Currently we are the owners but we cannot build at the monent inside the plot. At the moment it is on the 3rd post and we are waiting for them to call us to tell us if we would prefer to be given money or if they will give us another plot (of the same value). So we decided to put it up for sale. An interested buyer can be someone who wants to buy the plot for his own future investment, or to pass it on to his son, grandson, etc., for the same reason as a future investment, or someone who wants to use the field as crops.
