The main house has two rooms 70sq.m. house with an extra attachment of 110 sq.m. (180sq m. total)enclosed varandas and extra catio that can also easily turn into extra rooms. In a quiet beautiful grove sorrounded by olive trees, figs and grapes, the property has its own well. 2,5 hours away from Αthens and 20 min away from Kalamata. Close to but not on the main high way. One can raise crops and have chicken and sheep, I use it for my dogs to run free. There is also the olive trees (12 in total) that one can have their own kalamata virgin olive oil.
