Nearby, there are the Mud Baths and the Baptistery of Agia Lydia. The building is located next to the main road that connects Krinides with Kavala and Drama and next to the Park of Pontic Hellenism. It is in the market and at a distance of 100m there is a Super market (Goundsidis), a butcher, a pastry shop, a bakery, a cafe, ELTA, a pharmacy. Schools (Primary, High School) are also nearby. The bus stop is opposite the house and the Police Station is nearby.
