The house was constructed at the altitude of 1,000m, between 2005-2010 (authorized permit), on a 4,347sq.m. plot, classified as non-forest by the Greek forestry dep. Its frame and its floors are from reinforced concrete and its walls from 40cm+40cm stone masonry with insulation in between. There is a wooden roof with reinforced tiles. The house has 3 levels: basement/ground floor 120sq.m. b) ground floor 120sq.m. and first floor 80sq.m. In the basement and ground floor the space is single (unstructured) on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two large terraces on the ground floor and on the first floor. There are two internal and one external staircase. it is connected to the electricity grid of DEH, has legal borehole with pump and automated panel with plenty of water, ready electric supply and drainage. There are no other buildings around and the plot adjoins the provincial road that connects the local villages of Stromi, Mavrolithari and Pyra. The view from the house is spectacular, to the east looking to mt. Parnassos, to the south to mt. Giona and to the west to mt. Vardousia.
