The hotel is headquartered in Metamorfosi, with quick access to the highway “Attiki Odos” and the Suburban Railway. It is set in a very quiet neighborhood where the visitor has easy access to shopping areas, dining and entertainment. Τhe hotel has a reception, lounge, breakfast hall, a conference room, for up to 40 people, and free parking lot. The hotel is divided in 2 wings, the Standard (built in 1987) which has 48 rooms and the Superior Wing (built in 2004) and has 18 rooms for a total of 66 rooms and 128 beds. Moreover, the whole complex has been renovated in 2004. The whole property has a span of 4.242m2 and the land upon which the complex is constructed is approximately 1.850m2. The hotel has 5 parking lots, 2 of them open, fully secure with garage doors accessible through the hotels’ staircase end elevator and 3 underground. It is fully equipped with its own laundry facilities, as well as with an electric power diesel generator in cases of electric failures. Τhe complex has its own natural water supply which is processed (filtered&descaled) through proper facilities. The whole complex is monitored by CCTV, natural gas and sunlight collectors are used for water heating instead of oil. Moreover there is central cooling/heating system for each building. Additionally the cooling/heating facilities of the standard building were replaced in 2018 with latest technology heat pumps. All rooms are equipped with a LED 32inch TV, mini refrigerator, WC and A/C. Wi-Fi connection is also available throughout both buildings.
