The maisonette spreads over a ground floor and an upper floor, connected by an internal staircase, and has 4 bedrooms (one situated on the ground floor and three on the upper floor). The main, spacious bathroom is located on the upper floor, while a WC is conveniently situated at the ground floor. The house is further enchanced with 2 AC units, one on each floor, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Every room on the upper floor has access to a balcony, while a veranda with a complete set of garden furniture is available on the ground floor, offering moments of relaxation at any time of the day. WiFi connection is also available. It was built in 2010, in a 4 acre plot, which also provides plenty of parking space for guests. Villa Nicos shares that plot with only one other identical villa, where the owners live. It is ideal for quiet holidays and relaxation in a natural environment with an open horizon. Guests can enjoy themselves with various sports and recreation activities, such as basketball, football, running, cycling, open-air gymnastics, within the premises, or take advantage of the picturesque surrounding area for longer routes of running and cycling or go for swimming, walking tours, hiking and more. Pets are welcome upon request. Amazing beaches, a wide variety of dining options for all tastes, supermarkets and pharmacies within very short distances by car. For the period from 1/5/2025 to 31/10/2025 the total rental cost is €7,500. Monthly rent negotiable. Each month has a different fee.
