Old stone building (the thickness of the external walls is approximately 1m). It consists of two levels (ground and first floor). It also has a 'high ceiling' (so an extra level-floor can be created). It needs reconstruction - renovation (it is NOT a ruin, it just needs to be done from scratch with the internal configuration work, etc.). The building was constructed circa 1900 -made of stone- and it is a very strong and 'robust' structure (it was built as an 'olive mill' of that era). It can be configured as its owner wishes (i.e. to build an extra level as an attic, etc.). It is sunny, has protection from winds, rain (because there is another building on its SE side). But it is not obstructed by its other three facades. In the summer it is 'cool' inside, and in the winter it is warm. It is a building that is worth investing in. The urban bus stop is 60m away, and the neighborhood is very quiet. It does not have its own space parking, but short-term parking is possible right outside the building, while there is also space on the adjacent street in the neighborhood (10m from the house) for parking.
