The property is located outside Kastelli of Pyrgos with unobstructed views to the south of the island. The property was built around 1900. It is a typical example of the architecture of Thera and maintains until today the qualities of a residence of the beginning of the last century. During the renovation in 2013, the wooden floors were preserved and the original layout was not altered. The living room features an impressive cross vault ceiling.
