The house is at one of the highest points of Kassandra peninsula at 250m, on a small hill with astonishing views of all the seas around. The closest villages are Paliouri and Ag. Paraskevi in about 4km each. The closest beaches are on 5km distance and they are of the best and blue flagged beaches in Calkidiki (Chrousso beach, Pefkohori beach, Agia Paraskevi). The thermal bathsof Agia Paraskevi are also in a 8km distance where someone can enjoy spa facilities.
